The educational prize distribution scheme is limited only to the sons/daughters of members from Ahmedabad/Kalol.
શૈક્ષણિક ઈનામ વિતરણ પ્રથા ફક્ત અમદાવાદ/કલોલના સભ્યોના પુત્ર/પુત્રી માટે જ મર્યાદિત છે.

Sons/daughters of sisters or daughters who have married into another caste/community should not fill this form.
અન્ય જાતિમાં પરણાવેલ બહેન-દિકરીઓના પુત્ર-પુત્રીઓએ આ ફોર્મ ભરવાનું નથી.

To be eligible for a prize, the exam for each standard/class must have been passed on the first attempt.
ઈનામ મેળવવા માટે દરેક ધોરણની પરીક્ષા પ્રથમ પ્રયત્ને પાસ કરેલી હોવી જોઈએ.

If, in any standard, more than one student ties for the same marks at the 1st or 2nd rank, the prize will be shared equally among them.
જે ધોરણમાં પ્રથમ અને બીજા નંબરે આવનારના સરખા માર્કસ હશે અને તે માટે એક કે તેથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હશે તો ઈનામ તેઓને સરખે હિસ્સે આપવામાં આવશે.

A photocopy of the marksheet for the passed standard must be attached, and prizes will be awarded strictly on merit. A form with incomplete details or incorrect information will be rejected.
પાસ થયેલ ધોરણની માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ નકલ સામેલ કરી હશે અને તેમને જ ગુણવત્તાના ધોરણે ઈનામ આપવામાં આવશે, અધુરી વિગતો કે ખોટી માહિતીવાળુ ફોર્મ રદ ગણવામાં આવશે.

The decision on awarding prizes rests with the Educational Committee, and is binding on everyone.
ઈનામ આપવા અંગેનો નિર્ણય શૈક્ષણિક કમીટીનો રહેશે જે સર્વેને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.

Students whose parents are not members of the Samaj are not eligible for this prize.
જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના માતા-પિતા સમાજના સભ્ય નહીં હોય તેઓ આ ઈનામને પાત્ર થશે નહીં.

Before writing the student's name, it must be clearly specified whether the applicant is male (વિદ્યાર્થી) or female (વિદ્યાર્થીની).
વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ લખતા પહેલાં તે વિદ્યાર્થી કે વિદ્યાર્થીની છે તે જરૂરથી લખવું.

The completed form must reach the Educational Convener by the deadline mentioned in the circular. A photocopied form is also considered valid. If a family is submitting marksheets for more than one child, sending a photocopy of this form for each is acceptable.
ઈનામ વિતરણ માટે ભરેલ ફોર્મ સરક્યુલરમાં અગાઉ દર્શાવેલ અંતિમ તારીખ સુધીમાં શૈક્ષણિક કન્વીનરશ્રીને મોકલી આપવાના રહેશે. આ ફોર્મ માટે ઝેરોક્ષ કોપી પણ માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. જે કુટુંબમાં એકથી વધારે વિદ્યાર્થી/વિદ્યાર્થીની માર્કશીટ મોકલવાની હોય તો આ ફોર્મની ઝેરોક્ષ કઢાવી મોકલેલ હશે તો તે માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે.

Forms received after the date described in the circular/WhatsApp message will not be considered eligible for the prize.
પરિપત્ર/વોટ્સએપ સંદેશમાં દર્શાવેલ છેલ્લી તારીખ પછી મળેલ ફોર્મ ઈનામને પાત્ર ગણાશે નહીં.
